Exchange/Refund of Goods
Yummi Mummi offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered you are entitled to a full refund or exchange however to ensure you receive your refund you must comply with the following.
To gain a full refund you must return the product to us with its original packaging, labels intact, invoice and in perfect condition within 28 days of the purchase date. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to the company unless you are returning a product that is defective or because of an error on the part of the company.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

This right to return goods does not apply to; (i) cosmetic products (ii) earings (iii) books, videos, CD’s CD ROM’s or DVD’s which you have used or unsealed. (iv) Perrishable goods such as food, cameras or flowers (v) events such as holidays or entertainment that are booked for a certain date or (vi) products made to order, including personalised products.
we are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (distance Selling) Act 2000 which allows any buyer a 7 day cooling-off period after an order is placed, during which time goods may be cancelled or returned (as long as they are unused and in their original packaging)
Our returns policy does not affect your rights as a consumer. If the goods are faulty or not the item that you ordered, please provide a good description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, if any, to the address above with all receipts, warranties, licences, manuals and accessories for a full refund. In this case the company will refund any reasonable cost of postage. When returning personalised goods, please call 0113 245 5739 prior to returning these items to agree a method and date for their return.
During Christmas the returns period is extended to 30 days to allow for unwanted or ill fitting gifts. Please note that Gift Box or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return – however should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.
